Agreement Between You and jza9

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jza9 ("jza9", "Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jza9 platform at jza9.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

jza9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. Who May Use jza9

Access to jza9 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jza9 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a company, syndicate, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jza9 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

jza9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account Registration

Creating and Managing Your jza9 Account

To access the full range of services offered by jza9, you must register a single account using accurate and complete personal information. You are permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a third party's details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Verification (KYC)

jza9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account ownership).
• Any additional documentation that jza9 reasonably determines is necessary to fulfil its obligations.

Account Security

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jza9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jza9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major international cards (Visa, Mastercard). The platform does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges — jza9 is not responsible for third-party fees.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are processed in real time subject to your payment provider's confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jza9 does not accept deposits from third parties — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your account. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned automatically.
• jza9 reserves the right to run enhanced due-diligence checks on large deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be initiated on funds attributable to a bonus.
• Most withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• jza9 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a KYC discrepancy.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

jza9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. New players may be required to complete account verification before a welcome bonus is credited.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• jza9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to correct errors in bonus values, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing the bonus system through systematic exploitation, coordinated play, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the specific promotion.

jza9 is not responsible for tax obligations that may arise from bonus winnings or any other gaming proceeds. Players are advised to consult local tax guidance relevant to their circumstances.

Gameplay

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games available on jza9 are operated by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Netent, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by real dealers operating under verifiable conditions. jza9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Disputed Game Results

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or disputed game result, jza9 will investigate the matter by reviewing server-side logs and provider records. jza9's decision following such an investigation is final. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. jza9 accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on jza9 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known glitch are void and will be confiscated.

Responsible Gaming

jza9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly intended for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income. jza9 provides the following self-management tools to all account holders, available at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or request a permanent closure.

Ownership of Platform Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Unauthorised use of jza9's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Extent of jza9's Responsibility

jza9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jza9 excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. jza9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

In no event shall jza9 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if jza9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jza9's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Actions

Suspension and Termination

jza9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances are identified:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Conduct that jza9 reasonably determines is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties, including abusive behaviour directed at support staff.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

jza9 may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at jza9.pro/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, jza9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jza9 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. jza9 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the platform.
